Pioneer Dom is the brainchild of its founder Ramakrishna Sameriya, a former corporate employee turned Author, Purpose Coach, TEDx speaker, and Entrepreneur established Pioneer Dom LLP with the mission to help Rural Social entrepreneurs to accelerate their ventures.

Earned Roxbourg.MBA 3.0 graduation degree in Humanitarian with 100% scholarship and pursuing DBA from Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), Switzerland.

Why?

Studies** reveal that the major challenges impeding their growth relate to lack of information and knowledge. Pioneer Dom helps them in overcoming their familial and social challenges through one to one sessions. Further, in order to strengthen them, we provide technological, legal , financial and policy related information through domain experts. Pioneer Dom accelerates the ventures by way of supporting them in clearly defining their goal, carrying out SWOT analysis in its simplest form, helping them develop their KPI and achieve their goals within a predefined time line by way of continuous meetings and interactions.
